Alex Gaudino began his adventure in the music business in Italy during 1993 at the famous Flying Records…

…AND went on to found RISE Records; signing hits such as “Black Legend” and becoming the only Italian A&R who has had two No.1′s in the UK charts.

His own massive hit “Destination Calabria” elevated him to the level of label mates Eric Prydz and Fedde le Grand at Data.

It’s a delight to have Gaudino play at Chinawhite for the second of the Belvedere Bank Holiday Sundays.

Be More Happy Remix by Samantha Ronson

An internationally acclaimed DJ, Samantha has played at everything from the Superbowl to the VMAs.

This Saturday Samantha Ronson returns to London to hold her party and DJ at Chinawhite. It’s the third time Samantha will be playing at Chinawhite, although this is her first set at the new venue. If you haven’t been to one of her parties at the club before make sure you don’t miss this one. Saturdays are always exceptionally busy, therefore, with the addition of Samantha and guests, it will be a sell-out night so please make sure you book tables early.

The new London club which is due to open in March has already got a party for music channel MTV and three celebrity birthday parties planned for the opening month.

The venue is to be named DIU and cost around £2m. The interior has been designed by the same interior designers that worked on Movida, One Below and Chinawhite.

It’s going to be located in Greek Street Soho.

Ross Sanders (one of the founders) has said the following “DIU will be a very different kind of London nightclub experience. The emphasis will be very much based on an intimate, yet unforgettable club experience. While Soho has been much maligned over the years, it very much represents the rich tapestry of London society where bohemia meets modernism, where fashion, music, TV, film, publishing and media all converge”.
